How it works: Gary’s Organic purchases 6 to 7 different varieties of vegetables and 4 to 5 fruits based on season, availability and price. Your GO Box is based on your preferences (‘do not send me’ list on the Order Online page). For example, if your preference list is marked that you did not want to receive carrots, instead of carrots you will receive more of another item we purchase that will bring your order up to the dollar value. (Remember, the less marked on your ‘do not send’ list ensures the best VARIETY). We encourage you to set out an ice chest with blue ice during warmer months to keep the freshness of the produce. If not, we will leave the box the produce is in. On the next delivery day please set out your empty box so we can recycle or reuse it. We will contact you on your delivery day.
Payment Policy: We send an invoice at the end of each month for the following month. (i.e. at the ned end of April we send invoices for May). There are two ways to make payment for you GO box; you may pay the full amount of invoice in advanced before that month’s delivery (i.e. May invoice payment before May’s first delivery) or you may pay prior to each GO box delivery. You can place a check or cash in ice chest or empty box left from your prior delivery. Most people find it more convenient to use the first payment method. Please add sales tax to all items as it appears on the invoice. Please pay before your delivery date as to not disrupt any deliveries.
Ordering Policy: We only buy for the week we deliver, ensuring the freshest produce possible for each delivery. Therefore, please let us know at least 6 days in advance if you are going out of town and do not want a delivery that week. We have to prepay for the product. If we are not informed ahead of time of your cancellation, you will be charged for the box of produce to cover costs.
